10th Anniversary Conference of the
North American Association for Light Therapy - Thanks to all who attended
San Francisco State University (SFSU), San Francisco, CA June 11-13, 2009
For the last 9 years, NAALT has provided delegates with
up-to-the-minute objective scientific information about low level laser
and other forms of light therapy. The NAALT program committee chooses
papers and speakers from across the world based on scientific merit and
clinical relevance. This year's conference includes presentations from
leading authorities on the photochemical mechanisms of action, clinical
trials, safety, contraindications and basic physics.
Sessions on treatment techniques, FDA regulations and requirements
will also be available for clinicians.
There will also be a trade exhibition displaying the latest technology
and related services. Attire for the entire conference is

Jan Tunér graduated at the Institute Odontology, Karolinska
Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden in 1968. After five years in governmental
clinics he started his private practice in 1975 and is still a
practicing general dentist. His first laser machine was acquired in 1986
and laser has since then been a daily feature in his clinic. His first
